Mr. Hari k Sampang had started his career as sub-accountant in a government office in 2040 BS. He started his marketing career from Chaudhary Group as management trainee then joined Surya Tobacco Company (P) Ltd. Surya Tobacco is a joint venture among Nepalese entrepreneurs, ITC Ltd. India and British American Tobacco, UK where he got chance to learn modern marketing and management strategies. After tobacco, he joined Gorkha Brewery then Choudhary Group and pursued his career in beer marketing.

Mr. Sampang took over the charge of liquor sales & marketing in 2053 BS in Shree Distillery as GM and continuing his service to liquor companies till today. In course of time, he led the management of Himalayan Distillery as president & Jawalakhel Distillery as Managing Director. During his long professional journey, he has worked for Siddhababa Distillery & Om Distillery as CEO. He has provided his service for 41 years in various organizations all-together and has become longest period service bearer in liquor industry.
