A thorough gentleman, Mr. Hari Kumar Shrestha has been handling factory management of Shree Distillery Limited since 2015 BS as Factory Manager. He has worked in different positions in different times in his long professional journey in Shree Distillery. He started his career as Store Keeper in 1990 BS and shifted himself to sales in 1992 BS. He took over the charge of production in Shree Distillery factory at Arunkhola, Nawalparasi in 1993 BS as Production In-charge. He enjoyed his profession in production and promoted to Production Manager in 2001 BS in the same company.

Mr. Shrestha has participated in various training programs during his professional career and sharpen his knowledge according to the demand of time. He has attended the ISO 9001 training and Disaster Management Training organized by DDC. He has taken the Tax Payer trainings many times organized by Internal Revenue Department of Nepal. He has travelled India, Thailand, Qatar, Malaysia, Singapore and Ethiopia and gained knowledge about foreign countries.
